FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Questions before
you hire.

Useful answers about the way we work.

Who is Corporate Hours designed for?+

Our initial focus is US businesses looking for dedicated staff to support everyday customer-facing and administrative work.

Where do the staff work?+

Staff work from our Lahore office and collaborate with your business using agreed systems and communication channels.

Are staff dedicated to my business?+

Yes. Our launch model is dedicated staffing. The role scope, assignment and working schedule are agreed before engagement.

Can staff follow US working hours?+

Working hours are arranged around client requirements and confirmed during scoping. Specific shifts and coverage depend on the agreed staffing arrangement.

What languages do you support?+

Our launch offering provides English communication.

Do you publish rates?+

No. We provide a tailored quote after understanding the role, skills, coverage and responsibilities required.

Can I request a service outside the launch offering?+

Yes. Specialist staffing requirements can be discussed on demand, with availability and qualifications confirmed individually.

How soon can we start?+

The timeline depends on the role, candidate availability, training and required access. A start plan is agreed during scoping.

How is healthcare information handled?+

Data access and any healthcare-specific contractual requirements must be agreed before work begins. Healthcare roles are administrative and do not provide clinical care.

Will you use our existing tools?+

Your required systems, permissions and training needs form part of the staffing brief. Tool suitability is confirmed before onboarding.

PLANNING YOUR ASSIGNMENT

From a possible role
to a practical plan.

What does business process outsourcing mean here?+

For Corporate Hours, BPO means assigning defined support responsibilities to dedicated staff working from our Lahore office. Your business provides the process context, required systems and decision rules. The proposed role, schedule and responsibilities are agreed before engagement. See our staffing model for the full explanation.

Can I combine customer support and administrative tasks?+

Related tasks can be considered within one role when the workload and skills fit. Explain the busiest periods and what should take priority when tasks overlap. A role handling continuous calls may have limited time for document preparation. We discuss those practical constraints before proposing an assignment.

What should I prepare for onboarding?+

Prepare your process notes, approved examples, relevant templates, system-access plan and escalation contacts. Identify someone who can answer questions and review early work. Training should cover the actual responsibilities of the role. The staffing brief guide provides a useful checklist.

How do we review the quality of the work?+

Agree measures that match the role and review examples as well as activity counts. Customer support may need response-accuracy checks; back-office work may need record validation; sales support may need appointment-fit reviews. Reporting frequency, review responsibilities and expected standards should be confirmed for the engagement.

Can working hours change later?+

Discuss a change before assuming it is covered by the current assignment. Different hours may affect availability, handovers, workload and commercial terms. The agreed schedule should identify the relevant time zone and working days, with changes handled through the process set out for your engagement.

What information should I leave out of the enquiry form?+

Do not include passwords, patient records, identity documents, payment details or confidential customer files. Describe the workflow and the type of information involved instead. Use fictional examples if needed. Any access to sensitive business information must be arranged separately with the required permissions and safeguards.

Does submitting an enquiry commit us to a contract?+

No. The enquiry helps us understand the role and begin a discussion. It does not reserve staff, confirm availability or create a service agreement. Scope, fees, responsibilities and start arrangements require separate written confirmation. Read our website terms for more context.
